Dave Walstad is the founder and CEO of All Points Group and All Points Technical — the pioneering force behind the first-ever offshore wood truss design team serving US clients from India in 2002. With over 46 years of industry experience and 24+ years building offshore technical teams, Dave has shaped the gold standard in global technical staffing for the construction and building materials industry.

Under Dave's leadership, All Points has expanded from a single offshore truss design operation into a six-division international holding company spanning five countries — including the 45-person All Points VFX studio, the DesignPoints.work talent marketplace, and the newly established Panama IBC headquarters in Coronado. Dave is also an active consultant to the Modular Housing and offsite construction industries, and an advocate for smart, scalable offshore delivery models.

Suong Vo is a founder and executive across three of APG's six divisions. As President of All Points Technical, she leads the company's flagship global technical staffing operation. As CEO and Founder of Suong's Food, she built one of Ho Chi Minh City's most celebrated culinary brands — with a loyal following across Vietnam and an international launch planned for Coronado, Panama in 2027–2028. She is also CEO and Founder of Miss Happy Land, APG's real estate and property development division operating in Vietnam and Panama.

Suong brings entrepreneurial depth, deep cultural fluency across Asia-Pacific and the Americas, and hands-on leadership across staffing, food, and real estate — making her one of the most versatile executives in the All Points Group portfolio.

A globally recognized leader beyond business, Suong was crowned Miss World Business 2019 and serves as an Ambassador to the United Nations and UNESCO for Culture and Communications for Vietnam — bringing an international platform and diplomatic reach that uniquely positions APG on the world stage.

Suong is also a talented model, TV and radio talk show personality, and a senior talent judge for many of Vietnam's leading pageants — bringing a rare combination of public influence, media presence, and cultural authority to everything she does.
